Please Answer These 3 Questions
1.
If you had a physical storefront, you would have a proper display for your customers to see. Your products would be on a shelf with the description, price, etc. Your services would be on a bulletin or menu with a information for people to read. It would be ridiculous not too.
Q- Why would you have a physical display setup in your store but no display setup for the majority of people looking for your business online?
That is what a website is, a display for your business online. 98% of people are searching for new local businesses from their phone and you don't have a website display setup for them.
2.
Q- When you're looking for a local business near you, when do you ever go on Facebook to do that?
Probably never. You simply type into a search engine like Google, Yahoo, or Bing like me and everyone else does, and if they do find you, they will check to see if you have a website because they are customers expecting your business's information clearly displayed for them to read.
- And if your business can't provide something as basic as that, there's a good possibility they will go to the next business that does...
And If you think this isn't true, then read the screenshot below, or do the research yourself, but you shouldn't have too because it's common sense. As a consumer yourself don't you like to read and research clear information before making a purchase?
3.
When your using Facebook, Amazon, eBay, Craigslist, etc., these are companies' websites you're on. A user-friendly interface with information for you to read, research, review, compare, and educate yourself about a product or service.
Q- What makes you think the same platform isn't needed for your business and potential customers?
As a business owner, you should want to have a website just for the credibility it provides alone
JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN'T PHYSICALLY SEE THE CUSTOMERS YOUR LOSING DOESN'T MEAN IT ISN'T HAPPENING
